The range of work includes brand identity refresh and guidelines, UX/UI, social content strategy and production, omni-channel ad campaigns/promotions, and retail displays.
CARY OIL SECRET SHOPPER PRODUCT DESIGN
This product is a prototype for Cary Oil, an East coast refined fuel distributor. The app is designed for Uber/Lyft drivers that would have to frequent convenient stores to fill up, and in using the app, they can act as a secret shopper to quickly review the store through the app’s guided questionaire. Users of the app would then earn reward points to redeem for gas cards with each review they make. Secret Shopper has never been more streamlined as data is sent directly to Cary Oil in real time.
SYNCHRONICITY WELLNESS WEBSITE
Synchronicity Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil is a DTC (Direct to Consumer) brand, and the website is fully shop-able. Through prototyping, user testing and feedback, I managed iterative UX and design updates to the site. Specifically, I oversaw updates to the brand’s Home Page, Product Landing Page (PLP), Product Description Page (PDP), and the checkout experience. In 10 months, we drove 152% increase of ROAS on Paid Media including Direct Mail and a 357% increase in website conversion rate.
SOLAR SYSTEM CONCEPT/ PROTOTYPE
An interactive educational tool I’m prototyping. For this project, I wanted to create a visually engaging user experience with a clean and minimal user interface that’s easy to navigate—something that can be brought into a classroom setting. Build 1.0.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Whether it’s searching for those interesting angles or chasing that perfect sunset, there is something very Zen when seeing the world through the viewfinder of my camera. Photography combines my love for the outdoors and creating beautiful images, and it offers a cathartic escape from the usual routines. If you don’t find me behind my desk, chances are I’m running around the mountains with my camera.
ILLUSTRATION
Illustration has always been a big part of my creative career–whether it’s bringing to life a TV spot script through storyboards or exploring various styles and media, I’ve always enjoyed telling stories through illustration. Below are some examples of my work from over the years, ranging from traditional methods like acrylic to vector-based illustrations. Currently I’m loving using ProCreate on the iPad.
