Synchronicity Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil is a DTC (Direct to Consumer) brand, and the website is fully shop-able. Through prototyping, user testing and feedback, I managed iterative UX and design updates to the site. Specifically, I oversaw updates to the brand’s Home Page, Product Landing Page (PLP), Product Description Page (PDP), and the checkout experience. In 10 months, we drove 152% increase of ROAS on Paid Media including Direct Mail and a 357% increase in website conversion rate.
